Terms of Service

These terms cover digital downloads sold at https://www.tailizi.cn by Northlin, operated by Qingmin Kong as an individual seller.

Each product is a one-time purchase of original template files. It is not freelance work, consulting, software, or an AI service. Northlin does not perform the buyer’s work or household admin.

You may copy and edit the files for your own use. You may not resell the files as a template pack, publish them as your own product, or claim you wrote them from scratch for resale.

Prices are shown on the product page in US dollars, before any tax added at checkout. Delivery is a zip download after payment through PayPal. If a file fails to arrive, email funuo186@gmail.com and we will resend it.

If a file is corrupted or not the product described, contact support within 14 days for a replacement or a refund of that purchase. Refunds are not available after the files have been downloaded and used, except where required by law.

These are templates, not legal, tax, medical, financial, or debt-collection advice. You are responsible for the messages and numbers you send.
